October 2018:
Dorsky Yue International is pleased to announce that Sema Atis and Jessica Frazier have been named Associates of the firm in recognition of their contribution to the success and continued growth of the firm. Their advancement expands our leadership team as we strategically plan for growth and shape our future by nurturing our talent and resources.
The two new Associates have over twenty years of experience in design and management of large scale complex projects; their commitment in service and dedication in delivering quality work has helped excel the firm and retain its expanding national clientele.
Sema, a LEED AP, first joined the firm in 2006 and has since acted as Project Manager on projects including Dreamland and Shahdag Resort in Azerbaijan, Silverspot at Coconut Creek, Avanti in Downtown St. Petersburg, and New River in Fort Lauderdale.
Jess, a Registered Architect in Colorado and Tennessee, joined the firm in 2014. She has been a Project Manager on numerous lowrise and highrise multifamily projects including Fairfield at Pompano Beach, 2000 Biscayne in Miami, the Ora and 4 West Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. Jess is particularly instrumental in establishing the firm’s Revit production protocol.
The firm is grateful for their devoted service and celebrates their achievements.
December 2017:
DYI participated in the Adopt-a-Family program over the holidays again this year with Neighbors 4 Neighbors, a nationally acclaimed non-profit organization that focuses on connecting diverse populations, planning for and responding to disasters and building community resources. It was a meaningful and gratifying experience for the DYI Team who were able to share their blessings and bring holiday joy by providing a variety of gifts for a South Florida family in need.
August 2016:
It was a beautiful summer day when DYI and family gathered in Hugh Taylor Birch State Park for a BBQ cookout and fun in the sun. From Argentinian style churrasco steak with homemade chimichurri sauce to all you can eat lobster, there was no shortage of delicious food to enjoy.
April 2016:
Bright and early on Saturday, April 23rd, volunteers from DYI came out to lend a hand for families through Habitat for Humanity Broward. The volunteers worked alongside future Habitat Homeowners laying down sod, planting new trees, and mulching planter beds. It was back-breaking but extremely rewarding work, applying the finishing touches to a deserving family’s new home.
January 2016:
DYI celebrated the new year with a dinner party at the Cleveland Museum of Art. Modeled after the Beaux Arts Ball that originated at the Ecole des Quatres Arts School of Design in Paris, guests were encouraged to dress in costume representing their favorite artist, building, or work of art.
