Stellar Proposes Miami-Dade Apartments

“Stellar communities wants to build apartments near Golden Glades Interchange in northern Miami Dade County. The Fort Lauderdale-based developer has the 8.2-acre site at the northeast corner of Northwest 159th Street and Northwest First Avenue under contract from Beacon Square Revocable Property Trust.
Stellar Golden Glades would have four eighty-story buildings with a combined 440 apartment, plus a 4,585-square-foot clubhouse, 3,211 square feet of retail, a ground-level pool, and 775 parking spaces. The developer would dedicate twenty percent of its units to workforce housing.”
