Repositioning of a 100-acre Life Plan Senior Community created new lifestyle elements including a Village Center Amenities building with a Wellness Center, Grand Room, Bistro and Art Center. The plan also includes 30 Villas, 30 Independent Living apartments above a 2-level 150-car garage, 56 Memory Care suites. A totally revised entry sequence created a Village Green community open space focal point.

Phase II repositioning of Bethany Village’s campus includes the 74-unit Crescent Crossings Assisted Living with formal, casual and outdoor dining, a movie theater, and the Wholeness of Life Center serving as chapel and community room. A complete renovation of the central culinary spaces including new and alternate dining venues.
Friendship Village of Schaumburg, Schaumburg, Illinois
Repositioning of an 800-resident Life Plan Senior Community included 170 Independent Living apartments, in a six-story lakeshore building above a 50,000 SF Lifestyle Wellness Center and indoor Aquatic Center, plus a 67-car parking garage. A new phase also included 28 Garden Homes.
Goodwin House at Bailey’s Crossroads, Falls Church, Virginia
Addition of a 104-unit Independent Living 15-story Tower with 265 car underground garage, with expanded Amenities space, including multiple dining venues, alfresco dining, Art Center, Wellness Center, and indoor Aquatic Center, all linking the new building with the existing building. Also included is an expanded Health Center creating 59 all private rooms, plus 16 Memory Care suites with an outdoor terrace.

Phase II included expanded Fitness, Spa, wellness center and pool deck renovations, alternative dining venues with expanded culinary services, expanded Library, media center, and theater expansions and renovations.
