During Shannon’s 16 years of tenure at Dorsky Yue International, she has worked on a wide variety of project types, from mixed-use lifestyle centers, power centers, community centers, and retail renovations to hospitality design and senior living residences. From conceptual design to construction administration, she has delivered projects through all phases of development.

The Shops at Nanuet, Nanuet, New York
An open-air main street redevelopment consisting of approximately 400,000 sf of new construction, including a new 12-plex Regal Cinema, 24-hour fitness center, market and two Existing anchors, Macy’s and Sears. 

The Boca Collection, Boca Raton, Florida
A 250,000 SF retail, restaurant and entertainment center with a structured parking garage on 18 acres.

West Bay Plaza, Westlake, Ohio
A 158,053 SF of retail, commercial development located in a strong retail corridor on a busy thoroughfare across from Crocker Park, a large lifestyle center and regional draw.

Tanger Outlets, Nashville, Tennessee 
A 310,000 sf open-air shopping center with a restaurant and a central green space.

Tanger Outlets, Southaven, Mississippi
A 347,000 sf Outlet shopping center with national tenants such as H&M, Ann Taylor, GAP Factory Outlet, White House | Black Market, Banana Republic, Columbia Sportswear Company, Crew, LOFT, Under Armour, Pandora, Tommy Hilfiger, and many more.

Tanger Outlets, Grand Rapids, Michigan 
A 373,000 sf Outlet Shopping center with national tenants H&M, J. Crew Factory, Brooks Brothers Factory Store, Nike Factory Store, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Under Armour, Old Navy Outlet, Banana Republic Factory Store, Bath and Body Works, Vera Bradley and many more.

Easton Town Center Gateway District  Columbus, Ohio
583,000 sf of mixed-use shopping on 54-acres, the new development is the foundation for Easton’s newest Gateway District. Whole Foods and large format retailers Field & Stream, Dick’s Sporting Goods and The Container Store among others, are positioned around a central main street-style district anchored by Saks Off-Fifth and REI, and including two levels of office-above-retail providing 40,000 sf of first class office space, and offering restaurants including Pies & Pints, Melt and J. Alexanders.

The Shops at The Polo Club, Plainfield, Illinois
A 613,000 sf of street-level retail, a 140,000 SF, Von Mauer department store, 50,000 sf of offices, and high-end restaurants in a Main Street village layout, reminiscent of the surrounding area.

University Town Center Sarasota, Florida
Benderson Develoment’s University Town Center, occupying a 38-acre site, consists of a large power center housing nine major tenants that compliment a recently constructed Super Target. A series of small shops facing University Parkway establishes the overall character of the development and the new identity of the southern half of University Parkway.

Tomoka Town Center, Daytona Beach, Florida
A mixed-use development that will include 700,000 SF of retail and entertainment, a 150-room hotel and 300 units of apartments.
