“Dorsky + Yue International designed Bruckner Boulevard mall renovation consists of a 2-story 108,000 square foot mixed-use building with 40,000 square feet of office space above 68,000 square feet of retail space, a 20,000 square foot ShopRite (the Bronx’s first ShopRite) and a 4,000 square foot stand-alone retail building situated at the intersection of White Plains Road and Bruckner Expressway.”

Bruckner Commons is anticipated to be completed January 2018.
