Repositioning of a Life Plan Community with 267 Independent Living units and 54 Health Care suites located on the intercoastal waterway. The project entails the renovation of all Independent Living common areas, therapy and wellness additions, a new entry, and administrative spaces, new commercial kitchen and expanded dining venues.

Phase II included expanded fitness, spa, wellness center, and pool deck renovations, alternative dining venues with expanded culinary services, library, media center, and theater expansions and renovations.
