Dorsky Yue International mourns the loss of our dear friend and colleague Kristina Zsigmond.
Dorsky Yue International mourns the loss of our dear friend and colleague Kristina Zsigmond. Kristina passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday December 28th, 2024.
As an Associate, BIM Director, Project Manager and a Registered Architect, Kristina will always be remembered for her meaningful impact on our work over the eleven years she was with us at both our Cleveland and Fort Lauderdale offices. Kristina’s patience, perseverance, attention to detail, and thirst for knowledge always gave us a sense of calm and confidence that her projects would set a benchmark to which we all can aspire.
As a beloved friend to all of us here at Dorsky Yue, Kristina kept us laughing and grounded with her own brand of reality, making sure we did not get ahead of ourselves nor take ourselves too seriously. She endeared herself to each one of us with her compassion and empathy in a way only Kristina could… perhaps that calm and steady voice at the other end of the receiver. Craft and creativity were important to Kristina as well. She would often inspire us by sharing creations of her own design and making. Let us not forget that bacon, a “Major Food Group” according to Kristina, would always find its way into conversation… pair it with anything and she would like it!
The quality of our work and culture have truly been enriched by her presence and contributions over the years. Kristina will forever be a part of what we do here at Dorsky Yue, and she will always be in our hearts.
