This 373,000 sf Outlet Shopping center is completed with national tenants H&M, J. Crew Factory, Brooks Brothers Factory Store, Nike Factory Store, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Under Armour, Old Navy Outlet, Banana Republic Factory Store, Bath and Body Works, Vera Bradley and many more. The turn-of-the-century steel and masonry Industrial Style celebrates the manufacturing and craftsman foundation of the region.
May 2015: The upscale movie theater company opens an 11-screen, 1,500-seat venue at 4441 Lyons Road in Coconut Creek. The brand is defined by its luxury leather seats — hand-stitched and imported from Latin America — and its movie selection, which will not only feature mainstream films but also include special screenings for independent and award-winning foreign films. Once open, the movie theater joins more than 35 retailers and 14 restaurants at the Promenade at Coconut Creek.
