During Shannon’s 16 years of tenure at Dorsky Yue International, she has worked on a wide variety of project types, from mixed-use lifestyle centers, power centers, community centers, and retail renovations to hospitality design and senior living residences. OKO Group, Cain International Start $97M Residential Tower in Fort Lauderdale

OKO Group and Cain International have broken ground One River Fort Lauderdale, a 34-story tower in Fort Lauderdale, FL that will encompass 251 apartments and 2,600 square feet of retail. Bank OZK and JVP Management are helping to fund construction of the project with a $97.2-million financing. One River was designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill alongside local architect of record Dorsky + Yue International Architecture. Completion is expected in late 2024. Link to Article
