JP serves as the Director of Design who has over 15 years of experience from a wide range of projects – from highrise residential to mixed use and commerical developments. JP developed a reputation for designing buildings that are as programmatically and technically innovative as well as cost and resource conscious. His designs have been recognized both locally and nationally for exemplifying excellence in design.

Representative Projects

Riverparc Square Fort Lauderdale, Florida
A 1.6 million SF mixed-use development on a 3.3-acre property that includes two 43-story residential towers with 880 units, a 36-story tower that houses a 322-room full service hotel and 205,000 SF of highrise offices, 50,000 SF of retail in two levels, 105,000 SF of lowrise offices and a 1,700-space parking garage. The project is designed to allow the three towers be constructed in separate phases.

A Silver LEED 24-story, 372-unit apartment building in downtown Miami.

4 West Last Olas Fort Lauderdale, Florida
A 25-story, 260-unit apartment building with ground floor retail on a 1.08-acre property in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Atlantic Boulevard Bridge Pompano Beach, Florida
Re-image of an existing draw bridge to connect commercial activities on two sides of the intracoastal waterway and create an identity for the Community Redevelopment District in the city.

Shahdag Winter/Summer Resort Azerbaijan
A mixed-use development that includes 115,000 sf of retail and restaurants, 75 units of apartments, two boutique hotels, a multipurpose building and a plaza that connects to three other hotels.
