Sitting on 61 acres of land, the newly completed Shops at Nanuet, an open-air Main Street re-development, consists approximately 400,000 sf of new construction, including a new cinema, fitness center, market and two existing anchor’s, Macy’s and Sears. The architecture of the new buildings creates a dialogue between the past and the present, alluding to the area’s industrial pastoral buildings, while incorporating a modern flair with new materials.
