The recognition comes from the Associated General Contractors Of Tennessee, an organization that values and celebrates excellence in the construction industry. Much like other AGC Chapters across the country, they acknowledge the efforts of General Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Service Providers who demonstrate remarkable performance on significant construction projects.
We are immensely proud of our team’s dedication and hard work that led to this achievement. The Tanger Nashville project was indeed a collaborative effort, showcasing our commitment to excellence, skill, integrity, and responsibility in every aspect of construction.

Dorsky Yue International names Kristina Zsigmond Associate.
Dorsky Yue International is pleased to announce the naming of Kristina Zsigmond as an Associate.
Kristina has 15 years of experience in architectural design and construction administration. She has worked with shopping centers, mixed-use, hotels, and multifamily residential projects from schematic design to construction administration phase.
Dorsky Yue International names Josefina Bussola Associate.
Dorsky Yue International is pleased to announce the naming of Josefina Bussola as an Associate.
Josefina is a registered Architect who contributed to the growth of the firm, and will continue to provide excellent service that our clients have come to expect.
Josefina has experience in architecture and interior design with commercial and single-family residential projects from schematic design to construction administration phase.
Jess Frazier named as to Director of Production
Jessica Frazier has over 20 years of multifamily experience in Texas, Tennessee, Colorado and Florida. Her talents lay in her ability to understand her client’s goals and help them translate that into quality, cost efficient projects delivered on-time.
Jessica began her career as a Landscape Designer working on garden style multi-family projects in Texas. She used that experience to spring board her career in Architecture in Memphis where she developed her skills in the multi-family sector.
She joined the firm in 2013 as a Project Manager where she has helped cultivate client relationships. Her knowledge and expertise in Revit and AutoCAD has enabled her to establish the firm’s production protocol and train staff to meet our client’s needs.
Mill Creek Residential proposes apartments in Broward County
Mill Creek Residential wants to redevelop an industrial site in Hollywood into apartments.
The city’s Technical Advisory Committee will consider plans for the 3.08-acre site at 400 S. Dixie Highway, 2200 Jackson St., and 2110 to 2119 Anton Terrace on May 22. It currently has two industrial buildings and two houses. They would be demolished to make way for the Modera Hollywood apartments.
