Crystal Plaza II
Crystal Plaza II is Vornado’s adaptive reuse project located in the heart of the Crystal City area in Arlington County, Va. The existing 12 story, vacant Class B office building is converted into a 266-unit, 18 story luxury residential apartment tower with the addition of 6 new floors over the existing 12 story structure. The existing façade is completely removed and refaced with a contemporary curtain wall glazing system. In addition, a new fitness area and swimming pool are located on the roof overlooking downtown Washington DC.
