The first outlet mall and one of the of the only major shopping centers in the U.S. to break ground and open since the pandemic, Tanger Nashville represents our vision for the future of shopping. The center’s transformational design highlights restaurants, retail brands, and experiences that celebrate the local culture and community and support the local environment through sustainable features like onsite solar energy production, resource management systems, and biodiversity programs.
Opened in October 2023, Tanger Nashville has helped to revitalize the Southeast Nashville community that surrounds it, fueling job creation and business growth in the area and drawing locals and tourists alike to shop and dine.
