Tanger Outlets Grand Rapids, Michigan
A 373,000 sf Outlet Shopping center with national tenants H&M, J. Crew Factory, Brooks Brothers Factory Store, Nike Factory Store, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Under Armour, Old Navy Outlet, Banana Republic Factory Store, Bath and Body Works, Vera Bradley and many more. The turn-of-the-century steel and masonry Industrial Style celebrates the manufacturing and craftsman foundation of the region.
Bilkent Health Campus Ankara, Turkey
A mixed-use development that includes 570,000 SF of retail, 480,000 SF of offices, 500 units of residential and two 250-room hotels as part of a 3,700-bed hospital complex.
Dream Island Baku, Azerbaijan
Master plan and design of the first golf course community in the country with 2,000 residential units and a mixed-use commercial development that includes 1.2 million sf of retail and entertainment, offices, a hotel, a health and fitness spa and an international school.
Easton Town Center Gateway District Columbus, Ohio
583,000 sf of mixed-use shopping on 54-acres, the new development is the foundation for Easton’s newest Gateway District. Whole Foods and large format retailers Field & Stream, Dick’s Sporting Goods and The Container Store among others, are positioned around a central main street-style district anchored by Saks Off-Fifth and REI, and including two levels of office-above-retail providing 40,000 sf of first class office space, and offering restaurants including Pies & Pints, Melt and J. Alexanders.
SouthPark Mall Strongsville, Ohio
A 1.3 million sf regional mall in southwest Cleveland, was expanded new port cochere entrances and the addition of 110,000 sf of enclosed and exterior retail. Interior corridors were renovated along with the addition of a new food court, surrounding seating, and common areas all anchored by a 50,000 sf new theater.
Hamilton Town Center Noblesville, Indiana
A hybrid retail center for the partnership of Simon Property Group and Gershman Brown Crowley includes 600,000 sf of mainstreet/lifestyle retail and entertainment, 150,000 sf of power retail, and 40,000 sf of office space above the mainstreet retail.
Legacy Village Cleveland, Ohio
Northeast Ohio’s first lifestyle center expresses the unique synergy found in mixed-use environments by creating a distinct ambiance for shopping, dining, entertaining, and working. Developed by First Interstate Properties, the 613,000 sf upscale lifestyle center is built around a framework of city blocks – all in a multi-level Main Street configuration with landscape plazas, mini parks, and other streetscape amenties.

Occupying 54-acres of a former polo field, this project for Poag & McEwen contains 613,000 sf of street-level retail, a 140,000 sf Von Mauer department store, 50,000 sf of offices, and high-end restaurants in a Main Street village layout, reminiscent of the surround area.
St. John’s TC Phase II Jacksonville, Florida
Drawing architectural inspiration from the historic shopping district of Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, Florida, this development includes a five-story hotel above department stores, specialty retail, and office space. An expansion to an existing lifestyle/power center, the high-end development includes 250,000 sf of new commercial space.
Florida Mall Orlando, Florida
With 1.9 million sf, Florida Mall stands as one of the largest single-story malls in the United States. The expansion and repositioning for Simon Property Group added 150,000 sf of additional retail and restaurants accompanied by a new ceremonial porte cochere and entry plaza complete with a water feature and stage area.
Cypress Creek Town Center Tampa, Florida
A 932,000 sf open-air regional retail development composed of both a power center segment and a lifestyle center with department stores, specialty stores, entertainment venues and restaurants, featuring landscape/waterscape plazas.
University Town Center Sarasota, Florida
Benderson Develoment’s University Town Center, occupying a 38-acre site, consists of a large power center housing nine major tenants that compliment a recently constructed Super Target. A series of small shops facing University Parkway establishes the overall character of the development and the new identity of the southern half of University Parkway.
