Cornelia C. Hodgson
Principal
Building on 30 years of dedicated practice in Senior Living, Cornelia Hodgson (Cee Cee) applies fresh thinking and innovative design to the full continuum of senior living, from specialized healthcare and wellness centers to active adult and life care communities for both new construction and repositioning.
With her specialized expertise in architectural programming rooted in Evidence Based Design, and drawing on her national experience in Senior Living with a diverse clientele, Cee Cee translates Trends in a rapidly changing Baby Boomer market into architecture that enhances the quality of life of residents. Blending the design vision of clients with functional and operational requirements for project success is a key focus of her approach. Her belief that environments affect behavior of occupants is the core of her philosophy that we are not just creating architecture, we are designing experiences.
