DYI Celebrates New Year with Beaux Arts Ball

January 2016: DYI celebrated the new year with a dinner party at the Cleveland Museum of Art. Modeled after the Beaux Arts Ball that originated at the Ecole des Quatres Arts School of Design in Paris, guests were encouraged to dress in costume representing their favorite artist, building, or work of art.

St. Pete II Breaks Ground

January 2016: Foundation work has begun on this 9-story, 366-unit apartment building in downtown St. Petersburg. The building will wrap around an internal parking garage that will provide parking for residents as well as 200 for Tampa Bay Times employees across the street. Occupancy is expected in September 2017.  

Fort Lauderdale to consider plan for 35-story tower near downtown

January 2016: DYI has submitted plans on behalf of a Developer for a 35-story multi-family tower in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The project includes 408 residential units and 6,000 SF of ground floor retail space. The eight-story parking garage will be topped with an amenity deck featuring a pool, lounge, yoga room, and fitness center. Link to South Florida Business Journal article
