Mr. Yue has more than 30 years of global experience in master planning, design, and construction.  He has designed and managed a sizable portfolio with diverse projects in nine countries that include mixed-use landmarks, residential buildings, hotels, offices, shopping centers, government, and institutional facilities.  Mr. Yue is known for his ability to translate the commercial objectives of clients and comprehend complex functional criteria to arrive at striking yet efficient building design.  He is personally committed and engaged to delivering quality services and products to the firm’s clients.

525 Andrew, Fort Lauderdale, Florida
The proposed development is a 46-story luxury apartment building that contains 399 units of apartments with an average unit size of 1000 SF, 4000 SF of ground retail space, and a
nine-level, 529-space parking garage. A 15’ wide covered pedestrian arcade lined with retail space on SW 6th Street, and a 10’ wide covered arcade lined with active use on S. Andrews Avenue.

St. Pete II – St. Petersburg, Florida
A nine-story, 366-unit luxury rental apartment building with an eight-level garage with 700 parking spaces on a 2.3-acre property in downtown St. Petersburg.

Overtown Transit Center Phase I and Phase II, Miami, Florida
A phased transit oriented development connected to the Metrorail Station that includes 665,000 sf of build-to-suit offices for the Miami-Dade County U.S. General Services Administration (GSA).  The two towers of 17 and 22-stories include an eight level garage with 930 parking spaces.

The Waverly at Las Olas – Fort Lauderdale, Florida
