University Town Center – The District Mainstreet “Glue” Buildings

Uniquely planned along Cattlemen Drive, the main boulevard providing access to The Mall at University Town Center, The West District, and Nathan Benderson Park World Class Rowing and Aquatic Center, the seventeen individual but cohesive main street specialty retail shop buildings frame the boulevard and provide a visual and pedestrian link to “glue” or connect The Mall and The West District shopping centers.  The specialty retail shops include distinct retail offerings, restaurants with abundant outdoor seating, and services within a pedestrian environment with on and off-street parking and 360-degree architectural design that responds to each buildings’ unique siting.  The contemporary architectural expression varies from building to building, to allow for individual tenant branding while also embracing a design that unifies the architecture of The West District large-format center with The Mall.
